Wednesday again!
I'll get straight to my table as there is actual evidence of crafting activity! Steps back in amazement.
What can we see? Some papers by Anna Griffin, amazing papers by Tilda which proved very popular at the craft fair,my box of ribbons, (she says it as if it's the only box of ribbons!) and a random tureen.
The tureen is there because if you look at the end of the Welsh dresser you can see what looks like an enormous beetroot. It is, in fact, a bag of blackberries, raspberries and apples slowly dripping into a pan! I am making yet more jam. I had to move the tureen to make way for the pan. Simples.
I so need to get some proper work as so far this week I have made:
Rhubarb and Ginger Jam
Beetroot Chutney
Raspberry Vinegar
Herb Oil
Marble Cake
Chicken Pie (from scratch)
Blackberry and Raspberry Jam
And that was all by Tuesday!
Today I will be mainly sewing as I have a commission for bunting! Get me!
Here is the fabric I will be working with

The lady doesn't want the one to the left of the gingham, no problem I say as it will make a lovely cushion!
Right I'm off why don't you join in the fun at The Stamping Ground

  1. Blimey slow down! Have you got more craft fairs coming up? Hope all well. x

  2. The fabric for the bunting looks great , happy making trace x 58

  3. I must admit that that one was the only one I didn't coo over. Liking the sound of the beetroot chutney. What a busy kitchen you have at the moment?!

  4. Happy WOYWW. That first fabric is my favourite. I was thinking you could cut it up, colour it and use it on all sorts of projects. Ali x #106

  5. What lovely fabrics! and no you are right there is nothing wrong with a random tureen on your craft desk! Beetroot chutney sounds lovely. Thanks for visiting me.

  6. Blimey - you're in Earth Mother Mode this week!! Love the sound of all your edible goodies, especially the enormous beetroot. You could write a children's book about that *grin*
And that bunting fabric is gorgeous..I did a similar one for Christmas last year, t'was very popular!!
I shall endeavour to scan and email you the tote bag pattern sometime. It's reasonably easy - the one I cut my sewing teeth on, so to speak.

And I'm jealous of your dresser..I've always wanted one. But the ideal spot in my house is taken by the piano, so it's no go, I'm afraid. I can always dream...........

    Hugs, LLJ #73 xx

  7. 22 pots of jam! Are you feeding the 5,000 on bread and jam or something! Love homemade stuff though, especially chutney and lime marmalade! Love the fabrics too, pretty colours. The Mister has had a lot of fun designing and making the ribbon holders, let's hope he sells a few!!

Brenda 1 <-- Woohoo, at last!!
